Board Moves January 31, 2022

Robert Hersov has resigned as non-executive director of Emerge Gaming.

Future Metals has appointed Jardee Kininmonth as chief executive and Brian Talbot as operational & technical lead advisor, with non-executive director Justin Tremain transitioning to non-executive chair, and Greg Bandy retiring as executive chair after almost 12 years of service.  Both Mr Kininmonth and Mr Talbot had previously held senior management positions with Galaxy Resources, as corporate development manager and as head of Australian operations respectively.

George Bauk has resigned as non-executive chair of Gascoyne Resources. Rowan Johnston, current non-executive director, will assume the role of interim non-executive chair.

Geoffrey Pigott has retired as non-executive director of Lefroy Exploration. He was a founding member of the board and was instrumental in the company gaining title to its major assets in Western Australia, in both gold and nickel provinces.

Mineral Resources has appointed Kevin Gallagher as an independent non-executive director from March. Mr Gallagher has significant executive management experience across a range of businesses, and in leading and growing them.

Dion Loney has stepped down as joint company secretary of OreCorp, but remains its group financial controller.

Zelira Therapeutics has appointed current company secretary Tim Slate as non-executive director, following the resignation of Jason Peterson from the board. Mr Slate has over 15 years of experience in providing accounting, secretarial and corporate advice to private and public companies. Mr Peterson will continue in his role as corporate advisor to the company, through CPS Capital Group.
