Board Moves January 30, 2023

Castillo Copper has appointed David Drakeley and Jack Sedgwick as non-executive directors. Mr Drakeley is an experienced field geologist who has worked on the company’s drilling campaigns in Broken Hill and Queensland. Mr Sedgwick is a corporate strategist and business improvement specialist with blue-chip experience across the mining & energy sectors.

Element 25 has appointed Fanie van Jaarsveld and Sam Lancuba as non-executive directors, to support the company’s business growth plan. Both Mr van Jaarsveld and Mr Lancuba have experience in manganese mining & processing and chemical engineering. Mr van Jaarsveld is an experienced company director with over 40 years spent in numerous senior management and executive positions. Mr Lancuba also has over 40 years of experience in the global fertiliser industry and is a chemical engineer who has worked in research and development, process engineering, manufacturing and management.

Peninsula Energy has appointed current non-executive director Rachel Rees as executive director of finance and corporate affairs, chief financial officer and joint company secretary. Ms Rees has been on the board since February 2022, is an experienced CFO and company secretary, and has spent over 25 years in senior executive roles within multinational listed and unlisted companies in highly regulated environments across diverse industries including mining & energy and industrial conglomerates.
