Martin Purvis has resigned as managing director and chief executive of MZI Resources.
Otto Energy has appointed Kevin Small as its US-based non-executive director. He has extensive networks and relevant experience to Otto’s Gulf Coast business, and will continue as the company’s senior exploration consultant on a part-time basis. Mr Small has over 40 years of experience in the Gulf of Mexico and has been responsible for the generation, farm-in, drilling and development of numerous Gulf Coast discoveries.
Dane Etheridge has been appointed company secretary of Victory Mines. Dr Etheridge has almost 15 years of experience in providing corporate finance, governance and strategic advice to listed, private and government entities across a broad range of sectors.
