Cycliq has appointed Carla Healy as joint company secretary. Mrs Healy is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in providing accounting and secretarial advice to private and public companies.

IGO has appointed highly experienced mining executive Samantha Hogg as an independent non-executive director. Ms Hogg has international experience across the transport, infrastructure, energy and resources sectors. She held senior executive positions across a broad range of portfolios including finance, strategic projects, marketing and corporate services.

Mount Burgess Mining has appointed Jacob Thamage and Ian McGeorge as non-executive directors.  Mr Thamage, a mining engineer and a Motswana national, was appointed to the board of the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Mount Burgess (Botswana), in July 2021. Mr McGeorge is a chartered geologist and a British national resident in Botswana who has been involved in exploration for diamonds, gold, copper, nickel, iron ore, lithium, and industrial minerals, as well as supervising exploration and resource development of the company’s Kihabe-Nxuu project.
