Board Moves January 25, 2022

Energy Metals has appointed YuSheng Cai as non-executive director, following the resignation of Fei He from the board. Mr Cai is a senior engineer with over 20 years of experience in the engineering industry.

Sean Gregory has resigned as chief executive of Great Southern Mining. Mr Gregory joined the company in August 2020. He will be handing over his responsibilities to executive chair John Terpu.

Penelope Beattie has replaced Lloyd Flint as company secretary and chief financial officer of Hot Chili.

MOQ has appointed Lee Tamplin and Michael Austin as joint company secretaries. Both Mr Tamplin and Mr Austin work for the Automic Group and have experience providing company secretarial services to multiple ASX-listed, NSX-listed, public and private companies.

Vimy Resources has appointed Steven Michael as managing director and chief executive. Mr Michael joined the board as an executive director in November 2021 and has been interim CEO since August 2021.
