Board Moves January 20, 2021

ClearVue Technologies has appointed Dieter Moor as its European chief executive from May. Mr Moor has over 16 years of experience in the renewables sector and is the co-founder & chief executive of ertex solar GmbH, a specialist building integrated photovoltaics manufacturer and supplier based in Austria. He will head up ClearVue’s European sales and marketing office and be chief executive of a new wholly-owned subsidiary of the company currently being established in the Netherlands.

Todd Hannigan has been appointed non-executive chair of TAO Commodities from February, with Mark Connelly transitioning to a non-executive director. Mr Hannigan is an experienced mining company executive. He was formerly the chief executive of Aston Resources where he led its growth to become one of Australia's largest public-listed resources companies.
