Neil Perkins has resigned as chief financial officer and company secretary of Kresta Holdings. The company has appointed Vivi XiaoWei Jiang as his replacement. Ms Jiang is a chartered accountant and had held senior management roles in audit and financial accounting advisory with Ernst & Young’s Perth and Shanghai offices.
Dr Adam Darkins has resigned as deputy chair of Medibio. He will be focussing on his growing consulting practice and a desire to write a new book.
