Board Moves February 9, 2022

Elmore has appointed Andrew Haslam as non-executive director. Mr Haslam has more than 35 years of mining experience, as both a mining contractor and a mine owner with Australian-based companies. His appointment comes as the company transitions from a small-scale processing contractor to a mine operator.

Newfield Resources has appointed Alistair Croll as non-executive director. Mr Croll is a mining engineer with over 35 years of experience in the industry. He has worked in a number of commodities including diamonds, gold, platinum, manganese, chrome, nickel and copper across sub-Saharan Africa, West Africa, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands.

Dr Paul Dalgleish has joined the board of Tempo Australia as managing director and will cease previous employment arrangement as chief executive, a role he has held since 2019. Christopher Cook will revert to his previous role as an alternate director for chair Guido Belgiorno-Nettis.
