Board Moves February 4, 2020

Richard Homsany has joined the board of Brookside Energy as a non-executive director. Mr  Homsany is an experienced corporate lawyer and Certified Practising Accountant with significant experience in the resources and energy sectors. He is the principal of Cardinals Lawyers and Consultants, a corporate and resources law firm. Loren King has retired as non-executive director but remains a company secretary.

Paladin Energy has appointed Ian Purdy as chief executive. Mr  Purdy has extensive experience as a chief executive and chief financial officer in Australian and international natural resources companies. He was the chief financial officer of Quadrant Energy, one of Australia’s largest and most active oil and gas companies; and managing director of Mirabela Nickel, an ASX-listed nickel producer operating in Brazil. Outgoing chief executive Scott Sullivan will remain with the company until July 2020 during the transition period.
