Rebecca Broughton has replaced Kym Verheyen as company secretary of DevEx Resources.
Steven Zaninovich has been appointed non-executive director of Indiana Resources. Mr Zaninovich is a highly qualified and experienced civil engineer with over 25 years of project management experience within Australia and overseas. Chris van Wijk has resigned as managing director, but will remain as the company’s chief executive.
Darren Townsend has resigned as non-executive director of Peak Resources due to an extensive workload as executive of another public listed resources development company. Mr Townsend spent 4 years as managing director of Peak Resources prior to becoming non-executive director in November 2017.
