Australian medical technology company Artrya has appointed Kate Hill as an independent non-executive director, while co-founder John Konstantopoulos has resigned from the board as an executive director. Ms Hill is an experienced director of ASX-listed companies within the technology, biotech and medical devices sectors.

Besra Gold has appointed Jocelyn Bennett as non-executive chair. Ms Bennett has extensive accounting and corporate experience and is a director of Pangaea Resources, a significant shareholder and longstanding supporter of the company. She was a non-executive director of Besra from November 2016 to January 2021.

Western Australian critical metals explorer DMC Mining has appointed Frank Knezovic as non-executive director, following the resignation of William Witham from the board. Mr Knezovic is a lawyer with extensive experience in IPOs, backdoor listings, secondary capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, corporate reconstructions, corporate compliance, shareholder meetings, directors’ duties, corporate governance and general commercial matters.

Frontier Energy has appointed Matthew Kay as an advisor to the board, to assist with the company’s commercial strategy for its Bristol Springs Green Hydrogen Project in Western Australia. Mr Kay is an energy industry executive with more than 30 years of experience. He had held senior management roles at Beach Energy and Oil Search, and was a board member of the Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association.

Lunnon Metals has appointed current chief financial officer Hayden Bartrop as company secretary. Mr Bartrop joined the company in January 2023 and replaces Jessamyn Lyons, who has held the role since November 2020.

Riedel Resources has appointed David Groombridge as chief executive from mid-March, as the company aims to advance its Kingman Gold Project in Arizona. Mr Groombridge is an experienced geoscientist and mineral resources professional with over 20 years of experience in mining and exploration projects, particularly in gold dominant polymetallic mineral deposits.

Jacqueline Murray has resigned as non-executive director of Technology Metals Australia due to increased workload. She joined the board in October 2021 as a nominee representing Resource Capital Funds.

Terrain Minerals has appointed Xavier Braud as non-executive director, replacing Trevor Bradley who has resigned in order to concentrate on building his consulting business Bradley Geo Science. Mr Braud is a geologist and mining analyst with over 18 years of experience in a broad range of deposits and commodities, and across the whole spectrum of geology from greenfield exploration to resource definition and extension.
