Anova Metals has appointed Dr DianMin Chen as non-executive director, following the successful acquisition of DC Mines. Dr Chen is a mining engineer with over 35 years of experience in the metals and mining industry where he has held technical, production and management roles in Australia, China and Canada.
GR Engineering Services has formally appointed its co-founder Tony Patrizi as managing director. Mr Patrizi has been acting managing director since October 2022.
