Larvotto Resources has appointed Cecilia Tyndall as company secretary, with Nick Longmire resigning as company secretary but remaining in the role of chief financial officer.
Matrix Composites & Engineering has appointed Alison Terry as non-executive director, and current chief financial officer and joint company secretary Brendan Cocks as an executive director. Ms Terry is a highly experienced executive and non-executive director with over 20 years of governance, corporate affairs, sustainability and legal experience in major companies nationally. Mr Cocks has been with the company since September 2016.
Zip Co has appointed Sarah Brown as company secretary, replacing Tai Phan who has been with the company since August 2021.
