Board Moves February 10, 2021

Auroch Minerals has appointed Trevor Eton as non-executive director and Rebecca Moylan as chief financial officer. Mr Eton is a finance executive with over 35 years of extensive experience in corporate finance within the minerals industry. Ms Moylan is an experienced CFO with expertise in financial and corporate management, accounting, project financing and contract negotiation.

Kaiser Reef has appointed Stewart Howe as executive director, Andy Tran as chief financial officer and Tony Thomas as mining manager. They will all be based in Victoria. Mr Howe spent the past twelve years providing advisory roles to boards, private equity and financiers related to restructuring and acquisition of mining assets. He was instrumental in working with the board of Kaiser Reef on the Centennial acquisition. Mr Tran is an experienced mining financial manager, and Mr Thomas is a career mining engineer with extensive experience in mining gold and base metals within Australia and abroad. Both Mr Tran and Mr Thomas will commence on 8 March.
