Board Moves December 9, 2020

Gordon Toll and Athan Lekkas will join the board of Magnum Mining & Exploration as non-executive directors from mid-January, provide additional expertise for the development of the company’s Buena Vista magnetite project. Mr Toll is a mining engineer with over 50 years of experience in iron ore; developing and financing mining projects in Australia, Mongolia, Brazil, Venezuela and Indonesia. Mr Lekkas has extensive investment banking expertise across a wide range of activities including cross-border transactions, project funding and the structuring of acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate advisory transactions.

Ookami has appointed John Ciganek as non-executive director. Mr Ciganek has over 25 years of experience in the mining sector handling mining operations, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and equity capital markets.
