Aspire Mining has appointed Achit-Erdene Darambazar and Boldbaatar Bat-Amgalan as non-executive and executive directors respectively. They are both successful Mongolian businessmen and nominees of the company's largest shareholder.
David Sanders has been appointed non-executive director of Caeneus Minerals, following the resignation of Chris Zielinski from the board. Mr Sanders has more than 20 years of experience in corporate law and is also a non-executive director of several public and private companies.
