Alchemy Resources has appointed James Wilson as chief executive from January 2021, following the recent announcement of Leigh Ryan’s resignation at the end of the year. Mr Wilson is a geologist with over 15 years of hands-on experience in exploration and operational roles within Australia and overseas, including 14 years as a metals and mining analyst.
Yakov Temov has resigned as managing director of Connected IO but remains as a director of CIO Technology, a wholly-owned US subsidiary, in order to focus on the US operations and to enable the company to undergo a strategic review. Simon Whybrow has been appointed as company secretary, replacing Nicki Farley who is taking long service leave.
Euroz has appointed Robin Romero as non-executive director. Ms Romero has extensive legal, accounting and commercial experience including 15 years of in-house legal experience, predominantly in the mining services sector.
Joseph Caruso, non-executive director of Mineral Commodities for nearly 2 decades, has resigned from the board.
TAO Commodities has appointed US-based Anastasios Arima as executive director. Mr Arima is a resource company executive with a strong history of identifying company-making projects as well as in the exploration, development, financing and permitting of projects in south eastern USA.
