Board Moves December 16, 2022

Aaron Gates will be resigning as chief financial officer and company secretary of Conico, Eden Innovations and Tasman Resources on 9 January, after 14 years with the company. Jamie Scoringe has been appointed as his replacement. Mr Scoringe has over 25 years of experience as a chief financial officer, finance manager and financial controller within the manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, food, technology & intellectual property, oil & gas, mining, property development & construction sectors.

Demetallica has appointed Audrey Ferguson as company secretary, following the resignation of Varis Lidums. Ms Ferguson is a general counsel with international experience, and an experienced company secretary.

Matt Owen has taken over from Rebecca Broughton as chief financial officer of Flinders Mines. Mr Owen is a Chartered Accountant and Governance Professional with over 25 years of experience in finance leadership positions across a range of industries including investment banking, resources, energy and manufacturing at both ASX-listed and private companies.
