Australian Potash has appointed Dr Natalia Streltsova as non-executive chair, replacing Jim Walker who has resigned as a director due to other increasing corporate commitments. Dr Streltsova is a PhD qualified chemical engineer with over 25 years of minerals industry experience, and considerable international experience covering project development and acquisitions in several jurisdictions including North and South America, Africa and Central Asia.
Nelson Chen has retired as non-executive director of Elevate Uranium, after 10 years on the board and as the longest serving member of the company.
Richard Beresford has resigned as an independent non-executive director of Parkway Corporate.
