Harry Karelis has resigned as executive director of AusCann Holdings in order to concentrate on other business ventures. He was a founding director and played an active role in the start-up funding and corporate development of the business as well as the listing of AusCann on the ASX.

Dr Andrew Tunks will step down as chief executive of Auroch Minerals, a role he took on in January 2015. Executive chair Glenn Whiddon will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the company and chief geologist Peter Sheehan will manage the company’s exploration activities.

David Frances has resigned as chief executive and managing director of Novo Litio. Mr  Frances is returning to Australia and will continue to work closely with the board as an advisor to the company, and assists with its ongoing legal proceedings to protect its interests in the Sepeda Project in Portugal. Current executive technical director Dr Francis Wedin will become interim chief executive.

XTD will be conducting a full review of the company’s plans and opportunities for 2018. As part of that review, Steve Wildisen will be resigning as chief executive. Current chair Frank Hurley will become acting chief executive.

Andrew Radonjic has been appointed managing director of Venture Minerals. He has been with the company since its inception and was technical director for 8 years. Mr  Radonjic replaces Hamish Halliday, who will step down as managing director but remains with the company as a non-executive director and corporate consultant.

Surefire Resources has appointed Rudolf Tieleman as company secretary, replacing Winton Willesee and Erlyn Dale who have both resigned as joint company secretaries.
