Board Moves December 10, 2020

Canyon Resources has restructured its board as the company heads towards the next stage of growth in its Minim Martap Project. Cliff Lawrenson has been appointed non-executive chair, replacing David Netherway who has offered to step down but remains a non-executive director. Mr Lawrenson is a highly experienced and well regarded mining professional, and a non-executive chair of three ASX-listed companies. Emmanuel Correia has resigned as non-executive director, having served on the board since 2016.

PYC Therapeutics has appointed Sahm Nasseri as an executive director, and as chief executive of its US operations. Mr Nasseri was previously a non-executive director of PYC. He re-joins the company in an executive capacity as the company continues to build out a broad drug development and corporate presence in the US to support acceleration of multiple pipeline assets into clinical development. Chief Business Officer Kaggen Ausma will also transfer to PYC’s US operations in 2021.

Troy Resources has appointed Andrew Barclay as non-executive director. Mr Barclay is a highly experienced corporate lawyer with extensive experience in the mining industry. Current chief financial officer and company secretary Raymond Parry has resigned and will finish with the company at the end of the year.

Emma Stein has joined the board of Worley as an independent non-executive director. Since 2003, Ms Stein has been involved as a non-executive director for listed ASX 200 companies, private and government-owned companies in Australia and New Zealand. She has worked in green-power, recycling and industrial water & waste, upstream oil and gas, energy retailing and utilities, mining and resources, engineering and industrial services sectors.
