Ardiden has appointed highly experienced mining executive Bruce McFadzean as independent non-executive chair, taking over from Neil Hackett who will remain a non-executive director. Mr McFadzean is a qualified mining engineer with over 40 years of experience in company leadership, corporate transformation, strategy, project construction, company mergers and acquisitions.

Michelle Simson has resigned as joint company secretary of Breaker Resources after nine years of service.

Hexagon Energy Materials has appointed Ian Gregory as company secretary following the resignation of Rowan Caren. Mr Gregory is an experienced company secretary who has worked with listed public companies within the mining, oil and gas, mineral processing, banking, finance and insurance sectors.

Patrick Murphy has replaced Hans Mende as non-executive director of Jupiter Mines. Mr Murphy is the managing director of Australia for AMCI, and the shareholder representative on the company’s board. Mr Murphy is an experienced mining professional, having spent over 14 years with AMCI and Macquarie, is skilled in deploying capital in raw materials and mining industries, and in identifying and executing value enhancing initiatives.

Pablo Hernandez Mac-Donald has replaced Ignacio Caceres as the nominated director representing Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile SA on the board of Kore Potash.

Peter Ward, chief executive of MOQdigital since November, has joined the board as a director.

Waste tyre reprocessor Pearl Global has appointed David Wheeley as chief executive from February 2022. Mr Wheeley has extensive experience in the resource recovery sector, and was the general manager of Cleanaway Waste Management’s Solid Waste Services in Queensland.

Po Valley Energy has appointed Joseph Constable as non-executive director. Mr Constable has been a long-time shareholder of the company, and has a detailed understanding of its assets.

Superior Lake Resources has appointed Dixie Marshall as non-executive director and Chris Bath as executive director & chief financial officer. Grant Davey will transition from executive director to non-executive chair, and Alfred Gillman & Christopher Knee have stepped down as directors. Ms Marshall has over 38 years of experience in media, advertising, politics and communications across a range of platforms including television, radio, newspapers, and digital. Mr Bath is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of senior management experience in the energy and resources sectors within Australia and southeast Asia.

Adrian Goldstone has resigned as non-executive director of Zinc of Ireland. He has been on the board since January 2019.
