BNK Banking Corporation has appointed highly experienced financial services industry professional Brett Morgan as chief executive for the banking (BNK) and wholesale home loans (Better Choice) businesses. Mr Morgan has held key management positions for a portfolio of industry-leading digital and financial services businesses, and spent almost a decade on the executive team of ING Direct Australia and ING Vysya Bank India. He will commence in the role on October 12. Executive director John Kolenda will become chief executive of the Finsure aggregation business.

George Bauk, Rowan Johnston and Richard Hay have been appointed to the board of Gascoyne Resources, with Mr Bauk taking on the role of chair and Mr Hay becoming executive director while retaining his title of chief executive.

Stuart McKenzie and Christopher Knee have been appointed joint company secretaries of Tanga Resources. Mr McKenzie has over 30 years of experience in senior commercial roles, and Mr Knee has over 15 years of experience in the resources industry with projects in Africa, Canada and Central Asia. They replace Graeme Smith, who has resigned as company secretary.
