Board Moves August 25, 2017

Mark Hohnen has been appointed non-executive director of Rift Valley Resources. Mr  Hohnen has extensive international business experience in a wide range of industries including mining and exploration, property, investment, software and agriculture. Geoffrey Gilmour has resigned as managing director but will remain with the company as a consultant. Stephen Dobson, current non-executive chair, will become executive chair.

Karen Phin has been appointed non-executive director of IMF Bentham. Ms  Phin has more than 20 years of experience analysing and advising Australian listed companies in the retail, banking, industrial and natural resources sectors on capital management, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions. She has been on the Takeovers Panel since 2015.
