Agrimin has appointed senior resources executive Debbie Morrow as managing director and chief executive from September, during which Mark Savich will step down as chief executive but continues as an executive director until the end of the year to ensure a smooth management transition. Ms Morrow has extensive experience leading large-scale projects, and held a range of senior corporate & sustainability roles across the energy and mining sectors.

Energy Metals has appointed chief executive ShuBiao Tao as managing director, taking over the role formerly held by ShuQing Xiao who will be resigning from the board. The company has also appointed Deqiang Tian as non-executive chair following the resignation of YuSheng Cai, and Wei Wang has replaced Zhe Gao as non-executive director.  Mr Tao has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. Mr Tian also has over 20 years of experience in project construction and management, and Mr Wang has extensive knowledge and over 10 years of experience in the investment of new materials and high-end manufacturing industries.

HongLin Zhao intends to retire as chief executive and executive director of Grange Resources at the end of the year. Mr Zhao joined the company in 2010 and became CEO in March 2015.

Lykos Metals has appointed Petar Tomasevic as non-executive director, following the retirement of Candice Van Der Plas who remains a company secretary. Mr Tomasevic, director of investment and corporate advisory firm Vert Capital, has extensive experience within the financial services industry. He has held marketing and investor relations roles at numerous ASX-listed companies.

MinRex Resources has appointed James Pearse as non-executive director. Mr Pearse is a corporate lawyer with over 10 years of experience working in national, international and boutique law firms; and advising Australian businesses within the mining, oil & gas, and technology sectors.

QEM has appointed Tony Pearson as non-executive director. Mr Pearson is a company director with 10 years of experience on Australian, Toronto and Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed companies, state and federal government, and not-for profit boards.
