Board Moves August 23, 2021

Alchemy Resources has appointed Carly Terzanidis as joint company secretary. Ms Terzanidis is a Chartered Secretary and a corporate advisor of Everest Corporate.

Firefinch has appointed Tom Plant as chief financial officer and Nathan Bartrop as company secretary. Mr Plant is an experienced senior finance executive with a background in investment evaluation, project finance, corporate transactions, corporate debt, company transforming transactions, and demergers. Mr Bartrop is a corporate governance professional with over 10 years of experience in ASX Listing Rules compliance, corporate advisory and corporate governance. They replace Eric Hughes who will remain an advisor to the company.

Northern Star Resources has appointed Sharon Warburton as an independent non-executive director from September, following the impending retirement of lead independent director Anthony Kiernan at the upcoming AGM on 18 November. Ms Warburton is a highly-regarded resources executive and public company director who has held senior executive and board positions in several leading ASX-listed companies spanning the mining, energy and industrial sectors.
