Keith Gordon will be stepping down as a nominee director on the board of Ausdrill at the end of the month.
Warren Hallam will succeed Peter Cash as managing director and chief executive of Millennium Minerals. Mr Hallam is a mining executive and director with wide ranging experience in a variety of board and senior management roles within the Australian mining industry.
William Howard, current chief financial officer of Tempo Australia, has been appointed executive director following the resignation of Ian Lynass from the board.
