Battery Age Minerals has appointed current chief executive Gerard O'Donovan as managing director. Mr O’Donovan joined the company in October 2022 and has been influential in overseeing the progression of all three projects, particularly the Falcon Lake Lithium Project in Canada.

Equinox Resources has appointed Raymond Chen as chief financial officer, taking over from Agha Shahzad Pervez who will remain with the company as a non-executive director. Mr Chen has over a decade of experience in financial management, control, planning, and analysis. He also has extensive knowledge on debt and equity funding solutions, investment evaluation, treasury management, investor relations and corporate transactions.

Zip Co has made some changes to its leadership structure as it progresses to the next stage of growth. Cynthia Scott, chief executive of its Australia and New Zealand operations since November 2021, will become group chief executive immediately and joins the board as managing director from 24 August. She will oversee the group’s operations and strategy. Co-Founders Peter Gray and Larry Diamond will assume the roles of ANZ chief executive and US chief executive respectively, with a focus on driving the performance in the company’s two core markets and the next stage of sustainable growth and product innovation. Mr Diamond had already relocated to the US in October 2022 and will remain on the board as an executive director, while Mr Gray will act as a board advisor.
