Robotic technology company Fastbrick Robotics (FBR) has appointed Nancy Milne OAM and Andrew Bloore as non-executive directors, following the retirement of Gabriel Chiappini from the board and as joint company secretary. In line with the company’s expanding global operations, Marcus Gracey will transition from chief operating officer to chief corporate development officer, and Mark Sheridan has been promoted from general manager of operations to chief operating officer.

Jason Brewer, Patrick Glovac and Chris Zielinski have been appointed non-executive directors of Baraka Energy & Resources. Mr  Brewer is a qualified mining engineer with 18 years of experience in mining, equity investment, corporate and project financing, capital raising, investment advising and evaluation of resource companies. Mr  Glovac is a well-respected mining executive and corporate financer. Mr  Zielinski has experience in capital raisings, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence investigations. They replace Collin Vost who has resigned as chair, and Justin Vost and Ray Chang who have both resigned as non-executive directors.

Clint McGhie has joined Salt Lake Potash as chief financial officer and company secretary. Mr  McGhie is an experienced chartered accountant and company secretary who commenced his career at a large international accounting firm and has since been involved with several ASX and AIM-listed exploration and development companies operating in the resources sector. He replaces Sam Cordin who has resigned to take up a business development role with a resources development company.

Paul Savich has been appointed joint company secretary of Echo Resources. Mr  Savich is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Masters of Applied Finance, and has served as the company’s corporate general manager since 2016.

Graham Atkinson has resigned as interim company secretary and chief financial officer of Advanced Braking Technology (ABT). Kaitlin Smith has been appointed company secretary. Ms  Smith holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant. She is also the appointed person responsible for communication with ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters. ABT is in the final stages of appointing a chief financial officer.
