Henry Kinstlinger has taken over as company secretary of Force Commodities from Mike Pitcher. Mr  Kinstlinger has been actively involved in the financial and corporate management of several public companies and non-governmental organisations over the past thirty years.

Darryl Edwards has resigned as company secretary of Horizon Gold and Panoramic Resources. He has been replaced by Trevor O'Connor at Horizon Gold and Susan Hunter at Panoramic Resources. Mr O’Connor is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Company Secretary with over 25 years of corporate experience, including over 15 years in the mining and energy industries within Australia and overseas. Ms  Hunter has 24 years of experience in the corporate finance industry and extensive experience as a company secretary and non-executive director with ASX-, AIM- and TSX-listed companies.

BiaoZhun Zhu has been appointed a non-executive director of Mindax. Benjamin Chow AO has resigned as non-executive chair, having been on the board since October 2009, but will continue with the company in an executive role.

Odin Metals has appointed chief executive Simon Mottram and Luis Azevedo as executive directors. Mr  Mottram and Mr  Azevedo have extensive in-country expertise in Brazil, where they were part of the successful executive team that advanced ASX-listed Avanco Resources from discovery to production, leading to its subsequent acquisition by Australian copper producer OZ Minerals. Aaron Bertolatti has resigned as non-executive director but remains a company secretary, and executive director Jason Bontempo will take over as executive chair.

Dr ZhiLiang Ou has resigned as non-executive director of Rey Resources. He has served on the board since 2016.

Saturn Metals has appointed Brett Lambert as an independent non-executive chair. Inaugural chair Rob Tyson will transition to a non-executive director. Mr  Lambert is a mining engineer and experienced company director with over 35 years of involvement in the Australian and international resources industry.

Longstanding founder and director John Stockley has decided to step down from the board of Tanga Resources, but remains a geological consultant as required. Current consulting geologist Chris van Wijk has been appointed technical director.
