Board Moves April 8, 2022

Dickie Dique has decided to step down as chief executive of Decmil Group and will remain as a director during the transition period. Mr Dique became chief executive in May 2020. The company has commenced the search for a new CEO as it focuses on its next phase of optimising the margins of current operations and progressing its promising growth initiatives.

Mark Freeman will be stepping down as executive director of Grand Gulf Energy on 15 April.

Brett Keillor will be stepping off the board of Rumble Resources on 14 April, but will remain as head of technical with a focus on defining significant new discoveries at the Earaheedy Zn-Pb-Cu-Ag Project, and advancing the company’s high-quality portfolio of exploration projects in Western Australia.
