Board Moves April 6, 2023

Enterprise property management platform provider AssetOwl has appointed Marene Ter as non-executive director. Ms Ter is the founder and managing director of Trinitas Investments and a partner of Trinitas Private, a private investment firm advising family offices and high net-worth investors and a shareholder of AssetOwl.

Jonathan Colvile has resigned as non-executive vice chair of Celsius Resources. He has served on the board since January 2022.

Cosmos Exploration has appointed experienced geologist and project vendor Leo Horn as non-executive director. Mr Horn has over 22 years of experience across the exploration and mining industry where he has been involved in exploring for precious, base, battery and rare earth metals; diamonds; and uranium; across Australia, Southeast Asia, Canada, South America, Africa and Europe.

Research-driven biotech company Holista CollTech has appointed David Deloub as non-executive chair, taking over from executive chair Dr Rajen Manicka who will remain on the board as an executive director and chief executive. Mr Deloub spent over 30 years in the finance and corporate sectors; and has held senior management and executive roles in the areas of corporate finance, business development and financial market within Australia, the United States and Africa. The company also advises of the retirement of Walter Joseph as non-executive director.

Omni Bridgeway has appointed London-based Michael Green as non-executive director. Mr Green has more than 30 years of experience in the international financial services sector including in asset management, insurance & reinsurance, product management, business integration and transformation, risk management, sales and business development.

Tivan has appointed Christine Charles as non-executive director. Ms Charles is an experienced executive and strategic advisor who has held a variety of positions in the private, public and community sectors; as well as in academia. She also has extensive experience in the mining and energy sectors where she held executive roles and as a specialist advisor.
