Black Cat Syndicate has appointed Philip Crutchfield as an independent non-executive director. Mr Crutchfield is a prominent and well-respected barrister specialising in commercial law. He is also a longstanding and 4th largest shareholder of the company.

Caprice Resources has appointed Andrew Muir as managing director and Chris Oorschot as exploration manager. Mr Muir is an experienced gold geologist with strong economic evaluation and corporate experience across exploration and mining operations. He will commence in the role on 27 April. Mr Oorschot is a geologist with over 12 years of experience in the exploration, development and mining of Western Australian projects which includes open pit and underground deposits across a range of deposit styles. Current executive director Scott Patrizi will transition to the role of non-executive director for a three-month period to enable the smooth handover of executive duties to Mr Muir.

Fleetwood has appointed experienced building and construction materials executive Bruce Nicholson as chief executive, effective 1st July and based in the Sydney office. Mr Nicholson is a civil engineer and senior executive with substantial experience working in challenging environments across Australia and New Zealand, and on projects in North America and Europe. Interim CEO Andrew Wackett will return to his role as chief financial officer and joint company secretary.

Sameer Oundhakar has been appointed a non-executive director of Kore Potash, nominated by the Oman Investment Authority (OIA) who has been an investor in the company since 2016. Mr Oundhakar is the senior manager of diversified private equity investments at OIA and has extensive private equity experience across diverse industry sectors and geographies, and represents OIA on investee company boards in Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. He has lived and worked in the Middle East, UK, Columbia, France and India. He replaces Timothy Keating who has resigned from the board.

Krista Bates has joined the board of Neurotech International as non-executive director. Ms Bates is an experienced non-executive and executive director of listed companies on the Australian Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange, and various private companies in multiple jurisdictions. She has over 20 years of legal experience and is also commercially experienced in turnarounds, structuring, risk mitigation and strategic rollout of commercial initiatives.
