Board Moves, April 24 2024

Artemis Resources has appointed Elizabeth Henson a non-executive director of the company.

Jon Coates has joined Danakali's board as a non-executive director. Mr Coates will also chair the company's audit and risk committee and serve on the remuneration and nomination committee.

FBR has appointed Shannon Robinson and Glenn Cooper to its board as non-executive directors. Grant Anderson and Greg Smith have resigned as non-executive directors. Ms Robinson formerly served as chair of FBR from 2015 to 2018.

Grand Gulf Energy has appointed Fergus Kelly a non-executive director. Technical director Keith Martens has taken up the role of chair, replacing Craig Burton who has resigned from the board as executive chair.

Peter Swiridiuk has resigned as non-executive director of Lanthanein Resources.

PharmAust has announced that its chief executive Michael Thurn will resign from the company in four months time. Current chief operating officer John Clark has been appointed interim chief executive.
