Board Moves April 21, 2023

Black Mountain Energy has appointed Dr Helen Astill as non-executive director, following the resignation of Marie Malaxos who has been on the board since August 2021. Dr Astill is an environmental scientist with over 20 years of experience. She has been working with the State Government regulatory bodies, environmental consultancies and research organisations; and has more than ten years of experience in line management and business planning roles.

Doriemus has appointed Shannon Robinson as company secretary, replacing David Koch who has held the role since May 2022. Ms Robinson is an experienced corporate specialist with expertise in providing strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and listings of companies on the ASX and AIM stock exchanges.
