Board Moves April 14, 2023

Peter George has resigned as an executive director of Alicanto Minerals but will remain a consultant to the company. Mr George has been with the company since August 2018 and was chief executive until August 2020 and managing director until September 2022. He was instrumental in helping to establish the company as a significant explorer in Sweden.

Cyclone Metals has made some changes to its board structure with the appointment of Paul Berend as executive director and chief executive, and executive director Tony Sage becoming executive chair following the resignation of Terry Donnelly as non-executive chair. Mr Sage was previously executive chair from 2007 to 2020. Mr Berend has over 20 years of experience in the iron ore and steel industry, and a successful track record in identifying and developing early-stage mining projects.

Mark Potter has resigned as non-executive chair of GreenTech Metals to focus on other professional obligations. Mr Potter has been with the company since July 2021.

White Cliff Minerals has appointed Ross Cotton as non-executive director, following the resignation of Nicholas Ong who will remain a company secretary. Mr Cotton has over 15 years of experience in the securities and mining industries, and in investment banking and equity capital markets. He has been instrumental in both the financing and management of mining and resource companies globally.
