Board Moves April 11, 2023

Dr Allan Trench has resigned as non-executive chair of Enterprise Metals. He has been a director since 2012, becoming chair in 2016. Bill Robertson has been appointed non-executive chair in a temporary capacity, while the company searches for a replacement. Mr Robertson has over 35 years of experience as a professional geoscientist and an independent consultant. He has provided geophysical support to exploration and evaluation programs in Western Australia, NSW, Tasmania, Victoria, Queensland, Northern Territory, Africa, Asia, South America and Europe.

Bruce Munro has been granted a leave of absence for 3 months from his role as non-executive director of Macmahon Holdings while he receives medical treatment.

Robert Rigo will be retiring as non-executive director of Solstice Minerals at the end of June.
