JACQUELINE Raison has been made a partner of Blake Dawson Waldron and Rob Macdonald has joined the firm as a consultant.
Ms Raison is a member of the firm’s Perth corporate group and specialises in mergers and acquisitions.
Mr Macdonald joins the firm’s resources and energy group.
He is a senior practitioner from New Zealand, having been a partner of Chapman Tripp and, prior to that, general counsel for AsiaPower.
