Beyer on board with WA Business News

THE editorial team at WA Business News has been strengthened with the appointment of Mark Beyer (right) as senior journalist.

Mr Beyer brings more than 15 years’ professional experience and in-depth knowledge of the Western Australian business community to his new position.

He wrote for The Australian Financial Review for seven years, including a stint as banking and finance editor in Sydney. Subsequently he worked for The West Australian and more recently has been a freelance contributor to WA Business News.

Mr Beyer’s perspective on prevailing issues is further enhanced by his former role as a communications adviser to some of WA’s best-known companies and government agencies.

WA Business News editor Mark Pownall said the paper was committed to being the premier publication for business people in WA.
