BC Iron has appointed Brian O’Donnell as a non-executive director and Alwyn Vorster as an executive director.
The appointments follow news that BC Iron declared its off-market takeover offer for Iron Ore Holdings unconditional on October 3.
Mr Vorster will become a non-executive director of BC Iron upon conclusion of his employment contract with Iron Ore Holdings.
