José Martins has resigned as the chief financial officer of Ausdrill. Mr Martins has been serving the company since the last five years. Theresa Mlikota has been appointed as the new chief financial officer of the company. Ms Mlikota has a wealth of experience, primarily in the resources and contracting services sector. She also has extensive experience in the financial management of private equity and large listed and unlisted organisations, and her expertise spans a broad range of finance disciplines including financial control, investor relations, treasury, and mergers and acquisitions.
