Ashurst appoints Global Co-Heads of mining and oil and gas in Australia and Asia Pacific

Ashurst Perth has appointed Peter Vaughan as Global co-head of oil and gas and Lorenzo Pacitti as Global co-head of mining. Both Mr Vaughan and Mr Pacitti will be based in the company’s Perth office in Western Australia.

Mr Pacitti has extensive experience in the mining industry while Mr Vaughan’s expertise spans the breadth of the energy sector, including structuring equity aspects of projects, negotiating offtake and marketing arrangements, preparation of key project agreements, project development and asset acquisition and divestment.
