Art show for cystic fibrosis

DELOITTE has partnered with Cystic Fibrosis WA to present the fifth Spring Rose Art Show, a fundraising exhibition that will feature work by Robert Juniper.

To be held later this month, the exhibition will also include works by 30 local artists, with part-proceeds to go to Cystic Fibrosis WA, which provides education, counselling, advocacy, recreation, and home care services to people with cystic fibrosis and their families.

Deloitte is principal sponsor of the exhibition for the first time this year, and provided marketing support as well as financial assistance for the catering at the exhibition.

The accounting practice will host the evening and attract a corporate crowd to the event.

Mr Juniper is one of WA’s best-known artists and six of his pieces, including original paintings and prints, will be shown on the night, one of which is priced at $62,000.

None of the artists involved in the exhibition donates their pieces, but a percentage of the sales go to Cystic Fibrosis WA while the remainder goes to the artist.
