App/tech business of the week- Perth Property Lawyers

Friday, 13 July, 2018 - 10:03

What?

Perth Property Lawyers offers a defined range of legal documents and services on a fixed-fee basis, with a menu-pricing structure aimed at undercutting most traditional property law practices. Most of Perth Property Lawyers’ services also come with a two-business day turnaround guarantee, failing which the firm will discount its advertised fee by 50 per cent. The firm employs a dedicated automation officer to code a bespoke interface between its cloud-based practice management software database and its legal document precedents, which enables many documents and services to be provided by its lawyers on a one-touch basis.

Where?

Perth Property Lawyers has CBD-based offices at Level 6, 256 Adelaide Terrace, Perth.

The firm’s website is at www.perthpropertylawyers.com.au

Who?

Perth Property Lawyers was co-founded by partners Shannon Davies and Michael Stork, and is a division of their broader Stork Davies Legal Advisors practice.

Mr Davies is an experienced front-end commercial property lawyer. He is a former Business News 40under40 winner and sits on the Property Council of Australia’s Retail Management Committee.

Mr Stork has practised as commercial dispute resolution lawyer for more than 15 years in Western Australia and Queensland, most recently through his previous firm, Stork Legal.
