Harcourts has made Clayton Treloar chief executive of the company’s Western Australia operations. Mr Treloar has spent the past seven years as the Australian chief executive of printing and courier franchise Mail Boxes. Prior to this appointment, he worked in recruitment and as a residential real estate agent. He is on the Franchise Council of Australia.

The Stan Perron Charitable Foundation has welcomed Fiona Payne to its board. Ms Payne started her career as a physiotherapist before transitioning into becoming a non-executive director and chair of a number of health and charitable boards. She serves as chair of Therapy Focus and 360 Health + Community and is a non-executive director of Lifestyle Solutions (Australia).

PKF Perth has promoted Kirsty Jones to partner of its business advisory division. Ms Jones has worked at the company for the past five years, most recently as senior manager of business advisory and taxation. Before joining the company, she worked as a manager tax at Deloitte and a manager at Butler Settineri.

Altech Chemicals has appointed Martin Stein as its chief financial officer. Mr Stein has held the position of chief financial officer and company secretary for several ASX-listed companies, most recently Golden Deeps, Metals Australia and Sabre Resources. Prior to this, Mr Stein worked at Anvil Mining and in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ London office.
