Charlie Gunningham has been appointed as director, innovation at the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation. Mr Gunningham has worked in the technology sector for more than two decades, after founding startup aussiehome.com in 1999, which he subsequently sold to REIWA in 2010. He went on to lead Business News, start the online publication The Property Tribune and launch tech consultancy Damburst.

Liberty Flexible Workspaces has recruited Dan Clarke as head of commercial. Mr Clarke has been engaged in the selling and leasing of office and industrial assets for property firms for the past seven years. Prior to joining Liberty, he was the associate director in the office leasing department of Ray White Commercial and a senior leasing negotiator and an associate director at Knight Frank.
