The City of Perth Heritage Appeal has appointed Richard Offen as its inaugural executive director. Mr Offen previously spent 14 years as a senior staff member of the UK National Trust. More recently Mr Offen was the founding partner of a heritage management consultancy, which has carried out a number of projects for Western Australian heritage organisations.
