New gold miner Apex Minerals has placed its shares in a trading halt pending the release of details of a proposed capital raising.
The halt is expected to last two days as shares last traded at 38 cents this morning.
Last month, the company celebrated its first gold pour at its Wiluna mine, which it acquired from Oxiana which is now OZ Minerals.
