Bass Metals has appointed Hemming+Hart managing partner Rick Anthon as non-executive chairman and Helmsec Global Capital managing director Gavin Solomon as an independent non-executive director, following a board spill that saw the cessation of employment of non-executive chairman Graig McGown, managing director Michael Rosenstreich and non-executive director Barry Sullivan.
Metals Finance chief executive Mark Sykes has been appointed interim chief operating officer.
