ANZ Capital director Marshall Allen (left) will be leaving at the end of this week to establish an independent advisory and private equity business, Platanus Capital. ANZ has been an active private equity investor in WA over the past year, completing deals with Nomad Consolidated, ThinkSmart and Lazer Safe and Mr Allen said it was a good time to establish his own business.
